You’re a publisher, a writer, a voice and your books are due for production in the coming weeks. But how do you manage the storage, order processing and distribution of your hard work to your purchasers and wholesalers?

We have been storing and processing orders for existing and new book titles. We have worked with children’s titles, cookbooks, diaries and planners, guides, fiction, textbooks, catalogues, training guides, annuals and diet/health food books.

Our clients all have access to our online tools to help you manage all your Goods into the warehouse, your live inventory levels, your sales channels integrations and your courier information including the tracking information. We even give you access to communicate directly to our picking teams to communicate about individual orders.

Storage

We charge you volumetrically for your storage. Using the dimensions of the products, our tools calculate your volume of products daily so you are never charged for space you’re not using.

We have the ability to store, pallets as well as cartons/boxes. Ship your goods in via container, lorry or courier.

We can even help you arrange transport from your printers or storage site. Talk to your account manager about arranging transportation.

Sales Integration / Order Processing

Your book launch will only be a 5-star review success if your orders are processed in the timelines you promised. We can process your orders from all pre-order or live processing statuses. Pulling down the sales data every 15 minutes from most major sales channels. We are ready for your book launch to go live.

You may have a sales list on a spreadsheet to send a book to. Not a problem, you can upload the list directly to our online tools and we will get processing.

We barcode verify each book or case of books to ensure picking accuracy.

We can guarantee all orders dispatched received before 2 pm will be packed and sent out to our couriers and Royal Mail to get.

Packaging

We will work with you to get all packaging correct to protect your books and materials. Our packing teams can pre-pack or pack to order all materials including promotional gifts.

We can ship your books anywhere in the world. As long as we have the right shipping details, we will get it there.

The couriers and Royal Mail collect from our warehouses multiple times per day ensuring a smooth flow of parcels.

Looking for tracking information or export of data from our tools. We give you full access to all your data to download.

Bulk Book deliveries?

We deal with a lot of wholesale order processing to give you the ability to store your book titles with us so that we can process all sizes of orders to each retailer or online retailer.

Manage a Book Subscription?

We deal with subscription models of all shapes and sizes. We can pick/pack and even manage the returns of books to be placed back into locations to be picked by the next reader or purchaser.
