Since the advent of COVID, a lot has changed at CBF Fulfilment.
We have grown considerably, with a new warehouse site live, and a new operations team managing the warehouse.
But we want to work with you!
We have had a complete overhaul of staff and processes.
Our main aim was to create a better relationship with clients and ensure that each and every aspect of the warehouse runs as smoothly as possible.
We have completely reworked the warehouse locations and structure with each product having its own individual location.
This has also allowed us to half the overall pick, pack and dispatch time, yet keep to an extremely low 0.4% miss-pick rate.
In doing this we have been able to increase the number of ‘same day’ dispatch orders over the last year. We are currently at 97.2% of orders being dispatched on the same day and we will continue to do everything we can to better this number yet again.
We have developed a brand new onboarding process to ensure that your transition into us is as stress-free as possible.
Ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding has resulted in an overall better client experience, which has also given our clients the time and opportunity to focus on growing their business.
Our experienced and dedicated staff members are always happy to sit down and discuss any concerns you may have.
We understand the potential for stress and worry when handing your stock and order processing over to a 3PL fulfilment warehouse and we want to work with you to retain as much attention to detail and customer experience, whilst providing you with the platform to scale up you business seamlessly.
We have implemented a new training program in which you will be able to sit down with one of our team who will guide you through everything you possibly need to know about the system and processes we use and how we ask you to use them.
We pride ourselves on having approachable and knowledgeable staff, meaning no matter what the problem or question is we will be able to lend a hand.
Our dedicated Client Services Team are always just a call or ticket away from solving any issue you might be experiencing, or they will be able to put you in touch with the person our team who can.
