Unlike Amazon we don't margin every item you sell through third parties, we only process the work you send us at the agreed rates so there are no nasty surprises on your invoice.

We can store goods on pallets as well pick pack bays and we only charge volumetrically for our storage so as your stock levels go down so do your overheads.

Fulfilling orders from Amazon is easy if you have efficient warehousing space and the IT team to make sure all orders get processed on time.  With barcode processing, our mispick rates are some of the lowest in the industry and I don't need to tell you we will deal with every issue swiftly and quickly to appease you and your customer every time.

How does Amazon integration work with CBF Fulfilment?

Our online software tools enable you to link multiple sales channels including Amazon to one central database of inventory in our warehouse.  Once your customer orders from the Amazon shopping cart a notification is sent to our picking team directly.  With a team of picking staff dedicated to specific clients, we want to get to know you and your products to better understand how to process faster and what to look out for when it comes to manufacturer's faults.

Our tools tell Amazon how many items are in stock live at any one point so there will never be any stock discrepancies.

Once picked, packed and dispatched, we automatically notify Amazon with confirmation that the items have been sent out and all consignment details added so that the automated notices include all the right details for them to chase couriers and the Royal Mail meeting their criteria.

Each item carries its own postage or courier class so the costs for each order are predetermined and easily calculated.  We can use your Royal Mail or courier accounts to process orders or we can use our own accounts to help the economies of scale. This way everyone saves and becomes more profitable.

Packaging selection

Amazon selects the correct outer carton/box to carry your goods from warehouse to customer.  But a lot of our customers talk about their initial experience.  Amazon is a great name to represent your efficient fulfilment processes but we can offer you branded tailored packaging to ensure your consumer gets the right first impression every time and without waste.
